5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped within the estimated delivery period whenever possible.

TYF Virtual Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused.

The original packaging must be undamaged.

Personalized or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.

Create fraudulent or misleading orders

TYF Virtual Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including logos, visuals, text, designs, and other materials, belongs to TYF Virtual Store or the relevant rights holders and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TYF Virtual Store:

Does not guarantee uninterrupted website access

Shall have limited liability for damages arising from technical failures, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions

Shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products
